Description	Head and neck paragangliomas (HNPGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumor that characterized with challenging diagnosis and treatment patterns in clinic. The pathogenic mechanism is unclear still and there is no molecular classification based on proteomic analysis. It is therefore of great importance to have a deeper understanding of this disease from protein level as proteins lay important roles in the occurrence and development of tumor.
