PXD050077

PXD050077 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMouse cortex quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis
DescriptionQuantitative mass spectrometry (MS) comparing E14.5 WT and Kctd10-cKO cortical samples was performed to identify the functional consequence of KCTD10 loss on protein abundance. A total of 3,442 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were identified using three or more biological replicates.
