PXD050009

PXD050009 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteome characterisation of SARS-CoV-2 virions derived from different cells/species
DescriptionThe virions of all enveloped viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 are composed of not only known structural viral proteins (S, N, M, E) but also include some SARS-CoV-2 non-structural proteins as well as host cell protein that were accidentally packed into virions. The project aims to identify these proteins and further study their role in virus life cycle.
