Title	The co-chaperone DNAJA2 buffers proteasomal degradation of cytosolic proteins with missense mutations
Description	Submission contains data from proximity labeling combined to mass spectrometry (BioID) with protein of interest TPMT fused in-frame with BirA-R118G carboxylase expressed in HEK293 T-REx Flp-In cells. Proximity interacting proteins were captured with streptavidin sepharose, digested with trypsin and analyzed by LC-MS.
