PXD049299

PXD049299 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleA Proteomics Approach Identifies RREB1 as a Crucial Molecular Target of Imidazo–Pyrazole Treatment in SKMEL-28 Melanoma Cells
DescriptionIn a previous study, we described the biochemical properties of a newly synthesized group of imidazopyrazole compounds. In this paper, to improve our knowledge on the pharmacological properties of these chemical compounds, we carry out a differential proteomic analysis on a hu-man melanoma cell line treated with one of these imidazopyrazole derivatives. The results show the changes to Skmel28 melanoma cell line proteome induced by 24h, 48h and 72h of imidazopy-razole treatment.
