PXD048929

PXD048929 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentifying altered mouse gephyrin interactome after sleep deprivation
DescriptionGABAergic transmission controls cortical sleep, however the molecular determinants of GABAergic control of this phenomenon are unknown. We used immunoprecipitation of the inhibitory postsynaptic protein gephyrin to identify gephyrin interactors at ZT6 (sleep) and ZT6 with sleep deprivation (ZT6SD).
