PXD048839

PXD048839 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleObservations from the proteomics bench - Quality Assessment / Experiment Reproducibility - QExHF2019
DescriptionThese project contains 10 technical replicate measurements of a standard sample, that is used to assess the quality control and instrument performance in between real project samples. It was used in a viewpoint paper to illustrate the challenges. The samples were measured with three different machines, one is given in this project, two other projects for the other machines exist.
