PXD048538

PXD048538 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLC-MSMS based (phospho)proteomics on gastric cancer cell lines
DescriptionWe exploit a large panel of gastric cancer cell lines and three powerful (phospho)proteomic workflows, including tyrosine phosphorylation profiling, to provide the characterization of the gastric cancer proteome. The resulting datasets are used individually and in an integrated manner to generate novel subclassifications with subtype-specific molecular features.
