TitleHAX1-interactome in Colorectal Cancer cell line (HCT116)
DescriptionWe performed immune-affinity purification and resolved the binding partners utilizing mass spectrometry to elucidate the molecular mechanism of HAX1-mediated CRC progression. HCT116 cells transfected with empty vector or Flag-HAX1 and then immunoprecipitated using anti-Flag M2 beads. The purified HAX1 protein complex was subjected to mass spectrometry analysis.
