PXD048355 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic analysis of the soluble proteome of Thermochaetoides thermophila
DescriptionThe soluble proteome of Thermochaetoides thermophila (T. thermophilia) was analyzed to identify possible interaction of coeluting complexes for downstream integrative analysis using Co-fractionation/mass spectrometry (CF/MS). Mycelium of T. thermophilia was lysed and separated via size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and the Fractions were probed for their protein composition using LC-MSMS. Label-free Quantification was utilized to determine intra- and inter-fraction protein abundance, deriving information regarding, stochiometry and metabolic complex organization.
