| Title | PSAT1 interacting protein profile data in colorectal cancer cell SW480 |
| Description | Colorectal cancer cells SW480 were divided into experimental groups and control groups. The experimental group was incubated with PSAT1 antibody, and the control group was incubated with IgG antibody. CoIP experiments were performed using the classic protein A/G magnetic bead method. The obtained interacting proteins were subjected to enzymatic digestion on magnetic beads and in-gel enzymatic digestion to obtain peptide fragments. Mass spectrometry analysis was performed using an Orbitrap Exploris 480 mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher, Waltham, MA, USA). |
