Title	The proteins interacting with CMTM4 protein identified by LC-MS
Description	Protein lysate from HeLa cells is immunoprecipitated using anti-CMTM4–agarose, and anti-IgG–agarose at 4°C overnight. The immunoprecipitates were then eluted and immunoblotted. The immunoprecipitation of CMTM4 interacting protein was visualized by coomassie blue staining. Potential CMTM4 targets identified by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
