| Description | to compare an effect of exogenous application of different types of cytokinins and an urea derivative (with high anti-senescence activity) on proteome in Arabidopsis seedlings and detached leaves. The changes in proteome will be compared with transcriptomic changes. Results of these analyses should contribute to reveal differences in molecular mechanism of action of the studied compounds in detached (senescing) leaves. |
