TitleProteomic and phosphoproteomic profiling of original, Delta, or Omicron strain SARS-CoV-2-infected lung of rhesus macaque
DescriptionThe Omicron variant, mutated from the original SARS-CoV-2 strain, is still circulating worldwide. We performed LC-MS based proteome and phosphoproteome analysis using lung tissues separated from rhesus monkeys, which were infected with Omicron, the original virus or one of the VOCs, the Delta variant, respectively.
