Dataset Summary
Title | Chemical translatome analysis in AML cells treated with different drug combinations |
Description | Our prior research has shown that AML with FLT3-ITD is particularly susceptible to the combination of FLT3 inhibitors and protein synthesis inhibitors when compared to FLT3-WT. In this study, we employed a click chemistry-based approach to quantify the alterations in the translatome under FLT3 inhibition and protein synthesis inhibition in AML cells. |
