| Description | To identify the acetylation site of CPT2, flag-CPT2 was transfected into AC16 cells, and protein samples were separated by SDS-PAGE. After Coomassie blue staining, the gel strip containing the protein of interest was cut out, then purified and resolved. Following in-gel digestion, the CPT2 peptide mixture was analyzed by HPLC–MS/MS. |
