Title	Total proteome analysis of SK-N-BE2 cells infected with VZV for 48 hours
Description	To understand the molecular features associated with VZV infection in humans, we applied an orthogonal proteomic approach that assayed the interactions between VZV and its host in the neuroblastoma SK-N-BE2 cell line. First, we infected SK-N-BE2 cells with VZV rOka for 48 hours and analysed the induced proteome changes by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
