Description	Pseduomonas putida SQ1 cell lysates grown on sulfoquinovose (SQ) were labelled with activity-based probe 3 and labelled proteins pulled-down using streptavidin beads. An on-bead digest was performed and the resulting peptides analysed by LCMS/MS.
