PXD046730 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteome-wide analysis of S. cerevisiae controlled by the optogenetic cell cycle regulator bPAC (photo activatable adenylate cyclase from Beggiatoa)
DescriptionThe field of optogenetics offers a powerful toolbox to control cellular processes. We used the photo activatable adenylate cyclase from Beggiatoa to restrict cell-cycle progression under specific light conditions. In a label-free proteomics experiment we investigated the influence of cell-cycle restriction on the proteome, comparing cells grown under restrictive/permissive light conditions and wild-type cells.
