Description	We explored the interaction sites of SERPINB7 where Legumain acts. Recombinant hSERPINB7 protein alone and recombinant hSERPINB7 protein incubated with hLegumain underwent ArgC enzymatic digestion, followed by mass spectrometry analysis. By comparing the peptides obtained from the two groups, we identified two asparagine sites where Legumain acts
