Title	The study of the anti-ferroptotic funtion of phosphorylated PCK1 in cholangiocarcinoma
Description	We first identified the phosphorylation of PCK1 at Ser90 in KP CCA cells. Subsequently, we discerned the interaction between PCK1 and LDHA. Utilizing the pan-Klac antibody, we immunoprecipitated lactylated peptides from the cells and ultimately pinpointed the lactylation of SPRING at Lys82.
