DescriptionThe purpose of this dataset is to identify proximity-dependent interactions of GIGYF1 using BioID. The dataset consists of 12 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, all acquired on a SCIEX TripleTOF 6600 mass spectrometer. Geoffrey Hesketh generated samples, performed affinity purification and mass spectrometric acquisition.
