Description | Prostate cancer cell lines were cultured with serum-free media, for 48 h. The cultured media were collected and lyophilized. The lyophilized media were dissolved in ammonium bicarbonate containing 4 M urea, and proteins were de-salted by acetone-precipitation and subjected to proteome analysis. |
