Description | The cells were cultured for 48 h using the medium of FBS group and PRP group, respectively, and the supernatant of cell culture was collected, 5000 g, centrifuged for 10 min, and the supernatant was collected (repeated twice). The collected supernatant and activated PRP (BP group) were separated and extracted by ultrafast centrifugation method, and the extracted exosomes were extracted for protein extraction, and the extracted proteins were subjected to quality control and protein sequencing. |
