Title	Obtaining Increased Functional Proteomics Insights from Thermal Proteome Profiling Experiments through Optimized Melt Shift Calculation and Statistical Analysis
Description	HEK293A cells treated with either DMSO or 1 micromolar Thapsigargin for 1 hour. Lysates were heat treated at 8 temperatures and supernatant was reduced, alkylated and digested with Trp/LysC. Samples were desalted and labeled with TMTPro.
