PXD044245

PXD044245 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePVRL2 suppresses anti-tumor immunity through PVRIG- and TIGIT-independent pathways
DescriptionHere, we share discovery proteomics data associated with a larger study to expose new immunoregulatory mechanisms in cancer. PVRL2 was identified in both tumor cells and exosomes, and the role of this surface protein in the immune response to cancer was explored in further studies.
