PXD043715

PXD043715 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMouse muscle proteome for sarcopenia study
DescriptionAging and lack of exercise are ones of most important attributing causes of muscle loss. To find a novel factor contributing to muscle loss, we performed mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis in gastrocnemii of unloading and old mice compared to those of exercised and young mice.
