Dataset Summary
Title | DIA dataset showing positional isomers. |
Description | DIA dataset showing positional isomers. MCF-7 cells were lysed, digested with trypsin, and phospho-enriched using IMAC Fe beads. DIA measurements were made from 500 to 1000 m/z using 20 m/z staggered windows. Sample prep and DIA measurements were acquired using the protocol described in Lawrence RT, Searle BC, Llovet A, Villen J. Nat Methods. 2016 May;13(5):431-4. |
