PXD042952

PXD042952 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIntracellular Proteomics and Extracellular Vesiculomics as a Metric of Disease Recapitulation in 3D Bioprinted Aortic Valve Arrays
DescriptionWe present a novel bioprinted array model of calcific aortic valve disease. Additionally, we utilize LC-MS/MS based proteomics to characterize cellular and extracellular vesicle proteomics of valve disease models compared to native diseased tissue as a metric of disease recapitulation.
