PXD042819

PXD042819 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleADAR3 modulates neuronal differentiation and regulates mRNA stability and translation
DescriptionThis study aims to elucidate potential functions of the editing-deficient ADAR3 enzyme in Mouse. This dataset aims to investigate the binding partners of the ADAR3 enzyme, both with and without RNAse treatment in order to differentiate between RNA dependent and independent interactions. The control is a Co-IP of a FLAG-tagged Luciferase protein.
