PXD041640 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCharacterization of kidney-specific and site-specific N-glycosylation signatures of isolated uromodulin from human urine
DescriptionUromodulin (Umod, Tamm–Horsfall protein), as the most abundant urinary N-glycoprotein exclusively produced by the kidney, can form filaments to antagonize the adhesion of uropathogens. However, the kidney-specific and site-specific N-glycosylation signatures of this glycoprotein remain poorly understood due to the lack of suitable isolated and analytical methods.
