| Description | Based on the proteomics and other biological analysis, we suggest that high-dose exposure to nutmeg may cause cholestasis and lipid metabolism disorders, thus leading to oxidative stress, glutathione depletion, lipid peroxidation, and hepatocyte damage associated apoptosis, which is mainly induced by cytochrome P450. |
