Title	Comparative study of matrix proteins related to eyes on chiton shell plate
Description	First, dissect and remove the shell plate of the chiton, then observe the distribution of micro eyes on the shell plate of the chiton under the posture microscope, polish off a part of the back of the shell plate, and then use tools to separate the part with micro eyes and the part without micro eyes. Finally, extract the matrix proteins contained in the two parts through agarose gel electrophoresis, and conduct mass spectrometry analysis of the protein bands to obtain matrix protein data
