Title	New protein hormone peptides were identified by mass spectrometry of mouse serum protein under western diet state.
Description	We have discovered a protein hormone that is induced to secrete under western diet. We used SDS-PAGE and silver staining to compare the differential bands of all proteins in the serum of mice under the chow diet state and under the western diet state, and identified several peptides of this protein under the western diet state by mass spectrometry analysis.
