TitlePhosphoproteomics reveals the disturb of kinase-substrates in intracerebral hemorrhage with hyperhomocysteinaemia
DescriptionTo elucidate the impact and mechanism of homocysteine on intracerebral hemorrhage at a system-wide level, we used a global phosphoproteomic approach combined with proteomics. Hyperhomocysteinaemia (HHcy) mice was induced by high methionine diet,and Experimental intracerebral hemorrhage was induced by injection of autologous blood. Perihematoma tissue was collected and MS/MS was performed to get phophoproteomics data.
