PXD039735 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of Dynlrb1 interacting partners in primary neuronal cultures from adult mice dorsal root ganglia.
DescriptionCultured dorsal root ganglia from adult mice (8-10 weeks of age) expressing MiniTurbo-fused Dynlrb1 (MnT-Dynlrb1) or unconjugated miniTurbo enzyme (MnT-control) were used in this study. Untransduced neuronal cultures were also included as an additional control. All experimental groups were treated with biotin (200 uM, 2 h) before lysis to initiate labeling of proximal interactome. Streptavidin pulldown was performed on DIV6 lysates using streptavidin magnetic beads. The biotinylated proteins were consecutively eluted and prepared for mass spectrometry using gel-aided sample preparation (GASP) protocol.
