Title	Targeted metabolomics in chronic kidney disease
Description	Targeted metabolomics and shotgun proteomics on renal cortex were used to characterize and extrapolate from selected mouse models for chronic kidney disease. Mouse models used include: adenine diet for 2 weeks (ADE early), adenine diet for 4 weeks (ADE late), 5/6 nephrectomy (NEP), unilateral ischemia reperfusion (IRI), nephrotoxis nephritis (NTN).
