| Description | TurboID-mediated proximity labeling proteomics of ATG8 in Arabidopsis upon heat stress. The TurboID-YFP-ATG8a (TI-Y8a) and TurboID-YFP (TI-YFP) transgenic seedlings were harvested after 3 hrs of recovery from HS treatment for proximity proteomic analysis. The biotinylated proteins purified from HS-treated TI-Y8a plants were compared with proteins from HS-treated TI-YFP plants (TI-Y8a HS vs. TI-YFP HS) and those from HS-untreated TI-Y8a plants (TI-Y8a HS vs. TI-Y8a CK), respectively. |
