Description	We developed InSpIon system capable of stable nanoESI spray. Here, K562 cell digests were measured by DDA-MS and DIA-MS with the typical open nanoESI spray system (Open system) and the spray system inserted spray tip head into ion transfer tube (Insertion-ITT system), and the InSpIon system.
