Description	We used a combined phosphoproteomic and proteomic time-course approach to depict a comprehensive and systematic landscape of dynamic changes in phosphosite and protein expression at various stages of PP development. Our research detected lots of previously uncharacterized proteins and phosphosites that were associated with pluripotency mediators and development regulators. And we established their interactions or signaling pathways to extend our understanding of the molecular mechanism during pancreatic cell development.
