PXD039439 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic profile of healthy human monocytes differentiated to macrophages with non-tumor or tumor cell-derived extracellular vesicles
DescriptionTo investigate the impact of tumor cell-derived extracellular vesicles on monocyte-macrophage differentiation, healthy monocytes were treated with EVs derived from two different pancreatic cancer cell lines and a non-tumoral pancreatic ductal epithelial cell line. Following differentiation to macrophages, proteomic analyses by mass spectrometry were performed on cells.
