Description | To determine the molecular landscape of large intestinal aging, we collected 104 pieces of fresh large intestinal tissue from 26 Macaca fascicularis and performed age-, location-, and sex-resolved multi-omics analyses, including transcriptomics, proteomics, phosphoproteomics and metabolomics. |
