| Description | To investigate how lysine crotonylation globally regulates the tumor progression, we determined the overall crotonylation status of the two human pancreatic cell lines. Proteins were digested with trypsin and crotonylated peptides were purified with an antibody against crotonylated lysine following by high-resolution liquid chromatography-tandem MS (LC-MS/MS) analysis. |
