Title	MS analysis of endogenously precipitated DDX20 protein complexes (immunoprecipitation (IP)–MS)
Description	Protein lysates were derived from HEK293T cells and spermatogonial stem cells，and interacting proteins were “pulled-down” for analysis by gel electrophoresis and identification by mass spectrometry. An equal amount of non-specific IgG from rabbit serum (Thermos Fisher Scientific) was used as a negative control.
