PXD038088 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTMEM135 Links Peroxisomes to the Regulation of Brown Fat Mitochondrial Fission and Energy Homeostasis
DescriptionTo understand the mechanism through which peroxisomes regulate mitochondrial dynamics, we characterized changes in the mitochondrial proteome resulting from peroxisome deficiency. To this end, we isolated mitochondria from BAT of cold-treated Pex16-AKO and control mice and performed mass spectrometry-based proteomics.
