| Description | Stroke is one of the leading causes of death around the world. The sequelae of ischemic stroke also cause drastic effects on the quality of life for patients. Sanwujiaowan Capsules have a long history in treating sequelae of stroke. But few researches have mentioned its pharmacological efficiency on the stroke. In this article, we expanded the indicator of SWJW in by an integrated strategy based on signature metabolomics, target proteins and bioinformatic method and look into the mechanism of its intervention in ischemic stroke in a rat model. |
