PXD037785

PXD037785 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTalaroconvolutin-A treated bladder cancer for proteomics sequencing
DescriptionTalaA inhibits bladder cancer mainly through two approaches: 1) arresting cell cycle to suppress proliferation, 2) triggering ferroptosis to cause cell death. In molecular mechanism, TalaA can interact with MAPKs to repress the phosphorylation of transcription regulators. This study would open new avenues for bladder cancer treatment targeting MAPKs, inhibiting cell cycle and inducing ferroptosis.
