PXD037671

PXD037671 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of interaction partners of novel polyacetylene
DescriptionTo elucidate molecular interaction partners of a novel plant-derived polyacetylene, we used a biotin-labelled polyacetylene in two cell lines (HEK293 and HepG2) and performed biotin-pulldown assays and proteomic analyses via LC-MSMS.
