Dataset Summary
| Title | Proteomics of antler protein extract and rat skin tissue |
| Description | In this experiment, a rat model of full-thickness skin resection was used to observe the effect of antler protein extract ( PAE ) on wound healing, and its pharmacodynamic effect on wound healing and possible regulatory mechanism were further analyzed. Rats were randomly divided into PAE group and No treat group ( NT ) after 1 day of modeling. NT external physiological saline 100μl ; pAE dissolved antler protein extract ( 8mg / ml ) with normal saline, and skin tissue was taken for proteomic identification at 5D and 10D. |
