Title	Comparison of Drosophila hemolymph proteome between control and apoptosis-deficient flies
Description	Hemolymph samples were collected from 80-100 control or apoptosis-deficient male flies in three biological replicates. Hemolymph samples were subjected to trypsin-digestion. Digested-peptides were desalinated and purified using GL-tip SDB. Purified peptides were subjected to LC-MS/MS analysis.
